If members have not logged in, the system will automatically sync after they have logged in. Now, the only thing you need to do is to create transactions for receipts and expenditures. Then, members will receive notifications as soon as transactions are completed. If someone has questions, they will comment on the transaction itself. You can export an Excel file and send it to your team members monthly or quarterly. Thanks to that, you have saved a lot of time and effort in managing the fund, and you are no longer worried that the members might not understand the expenditures. In addition, you can appoint any member as treasurer to support you.
